Root fragments
When a dead tooth is pulled, the end of the root can break off, especially when bacteria have already started decomposing the root. However, if you leave it in the tooth socket, the wound will heal superficially but the bacteria will continue to cause problems.
The dead tooth has been extracted, but the focal infection remains. The dentist must remove all fragments carefully and should, in addition, inject tried and tested homeopathic remedies where the extracted tooth was, in order to rectify the effects of the dead tooth as quickly as possible and to accelerate the healing process.
